I have been coming to this shop for years and now my daughter is old enough to come and we both love the quality of the braids that the ladies do here. I get so many compliments on the styles that are created from here. I will continue to come here for the best braids in town!
Terrible customer service. Appointment at 12, she did not get started on my daughters hair until 4:45. I was asked to blow dry my daughters hair myself. I politely declined. There was an inappropriate movie on with nudity and violence in the presence of children. I most certainly will NOT be returning. This is not a place for children..or ANYONE that values their time.
It was two ladies and one of them their teenage daughter. I got there after 2pm and they were finished after 7pm. The older lady with the short hair most did the braiding, she was cool. But I did have to hold onto the front of my edges since I felt the braiding by one of the women tugging. Besides that it’s my 1st time, I had no issues.
I have been a customer for a while here the ladies were really nice. This time I went back for a different style than Individuals I wanted lemonade braids the owner said let her see the picture I showed it to her and she said she got it .i got up glad that I had my hair done but Unsatisfied of what she did charged me120 for something looked like my Granddaughter did. She has a sign up says if you don’t like your hair you have 2 days to come back and they will fix it . After calling this lady for two days and going up there and being closed on a day she was to be open is wild . My sister called her from a different phone and said she wanted her hair done she answered and even called her back to ask what color she wanted. I’m done with that shop I spent 120 on Friday it’s now Monday my hair is falling apart unprofessional
I went here earlier this year for some goddess braids. I washed my hair and blow dried it straight before coming. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and the lady was still finishing up on another girls goddess braids. I waited for a hour and after she was finished the girls head looked lumpy. I should have left then. The lady then looks at my hair as if she didn't see it when o first got there and tells me that my hair won't lay right with the braids because my hair is too thick! Such a lie. please never go to this place. They have horrible customer service and is not the place to get goddess braids. The next day I got my hair done by someone else and it turned out cute. I am so glad I didn't waste my money with them.
